The weather man still gets paid for being wrong, as contrary to the forecast it turned out to be a pleasant day for our walk.
We left WVH at 10 and headed to the Cowbridge Market car park. Nine of us then walked along the pathway at the back of Waitrose along the Limes and onto St Athans Road, turning east at the traffic lights. We continued along Primrose Hill turning into Aberthin Lane and proceeded to Aberthin passing the village hall, from there we crossed the road and entered the field behind the bus shelter for our walk back to Cowbridge.

We walked through several fields, crossing bridges over several streams, and passing through a number of new kissing gates before moving onto the boardwalk which has just been renewed/repaired.
We carried onto the Mill Field car park and headed for 96 degrees cafe. The cafe was extremely busy but a few of us patiently waited and enjoyed our coffees and a chat before heading back to Wick.
A pleasant walk enjoyed by all.
