14 of us met up at the Ogmore-by-Sea Village Hall coffee shop for a refreshingly cooler Monday morning stroll along the coastline, including our 2 new recruits, Sue and Annette.
During my recce, I spotted an astonishing ‘creature’ on the rocky shore, which really captured my imagination.
I decided it must be Loch-Ness-Nessie’s Welsh cousin, Nessa and wanted to share this with the group, some of whom may have been hoping to catch a glimpse of Ruth Jones and co. filming another special episode for G & S, and may have been disappointed, but at least our Welsh Nessa was present for all to see and I for one, think she is quite something.😉
Unfortunately, we got drizzled on as the cafe was fairly full when were returned ready for hot drinks and nibbles, but all in all, we enjoyed each other’s company and got to know Sue and Annette. I hope they will be joining us for future ramblings.
