Fourteen Wanderers left WVH at 10am heading toward Sigingstone, parking a few hundred yards from the main road that leads from Llantwit Major to Cowbridge (B4270).
The weather forecast wasn’t too good, but as we arrived the sun was shining and not too windy, so we set off passing Wilton House and Farm, following the road to the right, then turning left toward Llanmihangel.
We soon passed Rectory Farm (a listed building) on the left and continued turning right along a steepish hill toward Frampton.
As our walk continued it wasn’t long before we were arriving at Sigingstone, a very nice village with a mix of older building such as Green Farm another listed building and more recently built houses and bungalows and a very nice pub, the Victoria Inn, another 10 minutes or so and were back to the cars.

This was a very enjoyable short walk and as always in great company, followed with teas, coffees and cakes at Topstak.
The total walk distance was just under 4 miles and took 1 hour and 30 mins (approx.)
