12 of us met at the village hall for a gentle walk down Broughton Road, over the fields to Monks Wood and from there back to the village via Trepit Road.
We met back at the Church for tea and cake and to look at the brilliant flower festival. A very nice way to spend a bank holiday morning although we missed Richard who intended to lead the walk but couldn’t because of an injury.
